Engine Specs

The engine is a 3.0-liter EcoDiesel V6 that produces 260-horsepower and 442 pounds-feet of torque and is available on the Gladiator Sport, Overland and Rubicon models. The engine gets paired to a new TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic transmission to help control the increase in torque. Another advantage of the new EcoDiesel engine is the increase in fuel economy.


The EcoDiesel V6 engine equipped models continue to offer a choice of 4x4 options, providing you with the ability to take on any adventure off-road and conquer poor weather conditions during every season of the year. Choose from the Rock-Trac two-speed transfer case or the Command-Trac part-time two-speed transfer case.
